A bad sign
Here is what Google suggested when I went to search for Library Lost & Found, a blog about leadership and management in libraries that I occasionally read:

I read some bits a few years ago after I got my mlis and I thought they were kind of "duh" --like, learn from the experienced librarians, ask questions, don't say you learned it different in school, etc.
ReplyDeleteExtremely "duh"! I was hoping more for topics like, "How to develop a collection management schedule/routine" or "Good projects for new librarians." It's amazing how many people bother to write articles telling you the absolute basics.
Deletemaybe those articles are more like "best practices in CD management" etc. instead of geared to newbie librarians?
DeleteI wonder if the Google search results are influenced by people hoping to find out how likely it is the library will believe they returned that one book that they didn't really return
