The most words

 Today a patron called and insisted I measure all the dictionaries in our reference section because she only wanted to consult the biggest one. You cannot make these things up.

    LOL. Why measure instead of weigh? Did she factor in the font size? So many questions!

      We never got that far, actually. She decided that none of our dictionaries were big enough.
